A fortnight ago, we spoke about if Taylor could ever give Joe peace in the third installment of the Joe Alwyn Muses miniseries. And in 2020, Taylor Swift shocked the world when she surprise dropped her 8th studio album, ‘folklore’. While most were shocked because the record came out of nowhere (less than a year after ‘Lover’, we might add), many Swifties were outright gagged that Taylor opened an album during the supposed Lover Era with a song about yearning for a past fling! In today’s episode, Dani & Olivia continue the Music Behind the Muse miniseries to break down each track from ‘folklore’ to look for “Joefluence.” So what do you think- how much of this fantastical album was rooted in real-life experiences from our girl?
